Fabien is the owner of Sensio and the initiator and main developer of the symfony framework.
Dustin Whittle
Dustin works at Yahoo! as Senior Technical Yahoo! and is a contributing developer on the symfony project. Before joining Yahoo!, he was a self-employed technology consultant, working around the world to make the Web a better place for everyone. Previous to that, he was the lead developer at The Web Freaks, developing and contributing to sites like phpfreaks.com, ajaxfreaks.com, linuxforum.com, apachefreaks.com, and mysqlfreaks.com. As a consultant and trainer, Dustin has taught tutorials and given talks at many conferences and institutions on such topics as enterprise Web development and symfony.
Fabian Lange
Fabian is a great contributor to the symfony community and release manager for the upcoming 1.2 release. He was Web Platform Architect at Nokia Siemens Networks and is now working as Senior Web and Performance Consultant at codecentric in Germany.
Jonathan Wage
Jonathan is the advocate for the Doctrine ORM within symfony, available as a plugin
Lambert Beekhuis
Lambert is lead developer within Dutch Open Projects and using the symfony framework for its custom-made projects.
Ian Christian
Ian, better known as 'Pookey', is a Technical Manager at VoIP-4U, a voice over IP provider in the UK. Previous to this, he has worked for a number of Internet service providers as a developer, system integrator and systems administrator.
Whilst currently not working day-to-day with symfony, he keeps himself active in the community. Ian has been using symfony for over 2 years and also is a Doctrine fan. Ian has spoken before at PHPLondon '08.
